United States & U.S. Territories Only

  • We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Canadian Distribution

  • Yardley Products are distributed in Toronto, Canada through Trilogy Brand Management

Payment Methods

  • Order must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Discover Credit Cards.
  • All pages where you provide personal information use Secure Server Software encryption technology. The ordering process is safe and secure.
  • Sorry, but checks, money orders, currency or stamps are not accepted.
  • Orders may be placed via the internet or by phone.

Sales Tax

  • We are required to apply sales tax to New York residents.
  • Sales tax will apply to your purchase at the rate in effect at the shipping address.
  • Taxes will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.

Shipping Policies

  • All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless express services are requested. You can see UPS shipping policies at www.ups.com.
  • Orders will arrive in 10 to 15 business days unless otherwise notified.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped by Parcel Post. There is a $20 dollar shipping charge for orders shipping by parcel post. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will be automatically added to your order as determined by weight and distance from our shipping facility located in Buffalo, New York.
Order Confirmation
  • When you place an order with us, we will e-mail you a confirmation notice.
  • Please note that your credit card charge will be listed as "CityMade, Inc."
  • If you still have a question about your order, please feel free to e-mail us. We will respond within two business days.
  • Please allow at least three business days for order processing.

Returns

  • You can return unopened or unused merchandise within 30 days of the date on which they were shipped.
  • Used items will not be credited.
  • Items received undamaged must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
  • Customers must pay the shipping on returns.
  • Return the product to the address stated on the packing list enclosed with the shipment. Also, include your name, return address and order number as it appeared on the packing list.
